“After even a single high-stress week, your supplies of             vitamins and minerals can drop 30-40 percent.”                                                                                        Julia Ross

In addition to addressing trauma on a physical, psychological and emotional level, Danielle specializes in helping you support your nutritional health. She understands the relationship between your nervous system and your physical, mental and emotional health and how to support its healthy functioning. Acknowledging the interconnectedness of the mind and body is what makes her approach to healing integrative.

Trauma can create a prolonged stress response in the body that depletes nutrients and can lead to symptoms. Supporting yourself nutritionally when healing from trauma and stress often decreases symptoms and facilitates healing, transformation and health.

“Chronic or severe stress can also wear out your stress-fighting adrenal glands, which are partners with your thyroid in providing energy and a positive attitude, especially during times of adversity.” — Julia Ross
